Supporting Proposition 8 and Traditional Marriage
Our family supported California's YES on Prop. 8 campaign. Even Brook and Nick found time to rally with friends and supporters just days before the election.
Pumpkin Carving Contest
We had lots of fun this year with friends at our second annual Pumpkin Carving Contest, with prizes for the best jackolanterns. The Cooks took home first place this year, after finishing dead last (8th place) last year!
Newport Coast 2008
The Bambl, Balsteadt and Rash families all had a great time at Newport Coast in 2008!
Pismo Beach
Took a short trip to Pismo with Nana and Papa, and Grandma and Grandpa Ollech. Brook, Nick and Reagan had fun at the beach.
Brook's Summer Performance
Brook worked hard with her musical theater class to perform three times in front of a full house in June 2008. We weren't allowed to film the performance, but we ordered a CD, and we will post Brook's performance once we have it.
